How do I earn points?
Points are earned for every dollar you spend with Metro Glass, and are based on your total, GST exclusive monthly total. Points can be accessed anytime via the My Rewards app. The more you spend with Metro Glass, the faster your points balance will build up. Remember, you must keep your account current to be eligible.
You can also earn reward points on a wide range of products – building supplies, fuel, hire equipment, electricity, office products, crane hire and so much more! There are hundreds of programme partners (suppliers) offering rewards points.
There is no limit on the number of partners you can earn points from – the more you are connected with the faster your points balance will grow and the more rewards you can get!
What can I get with my points?
You can get virtually anything you want! Check out moe than 6,000 products on the Rewards Shop, or use our Dream Rewards service to request something else.

How do I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance and transaction history by logging into your My Rewards app or into the online Rewards Shop.
You will also receive regular email updates that include your points balance, rewards, the latest offers and more.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem anytime on the Rewards Shop or via your My Rewards app. Simply log in with your email address and password to make a redemption. If you don’t know your password, give us a call and we can reset it for you.
How do I get the app?
The app is the easiest way to check your points, redeem rewards, keep up to date with the latest news, enter competitions, receive the hottest deals and more.
To download the app, visit the Google Play or App Store and search ‘My Rewards by Smart Loyalty’. Login using your email address and click ‘reset password’ to be emailed a link to finalise set up.
Can I top my redemption up with cash?
Yes! You can use a combination of points and cash with our Points+Pay payment option. You will be prompted to top up at the checkout. Mastercard, Visa credit card and valid debit cards are accepted.
Can I donate points to charity?
We are proud to support four New Zealand charities. You can donate points anytime to The Cancer Society of New Zealand, KidsCan, Ronald McDonald House or the Mental Health Foundation.
Will my points expire?
Points risk expiry three years after the date they were issued. We will advise you of your points that risk expiry via your Metro Rewards email updates and redemption emails, so be sure to check your inbox.
What happens to my points if I cancel my membership?
You will be given 90 days to spend your points before your account is closed down.
